Welcome to Perfect Mount. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and products. By engaging with Perfect Mount, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
– Scope: Perfect Mount provides audio-visual installation, indoor/outdoor lighting, maintenance, and consulting services.
– Estimates: All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
2. Payment Terms
– Pricing: Prices for services and products are as listed in the estimate provided. All prices are in USD.
– Deposit: A deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
– Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Cashier Check, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX. We offer financing option as well.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
– Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled service date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within this period.
– Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services with at least 1 day notice without penalty.
4. Warranty and Liability
– Product Warranty: All products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Perfect Mount will assist in facilitating warranty claims.
– Service Warranty: We provide a 90 day warranty on installation services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship.
– Liability: Perfect Mount is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
– Site Preparation: Customers are responsible for preparing the site for installation, including ensuring access and providing necessary utilities.
– Permits: Customers must obtain any required permits or approvals prior to installation.
6. Confidentiality
– Personal Information: Perfect Mount respects your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
– Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to our services and products are owned by Perfect Mount or our licensors.
– Usage: You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
– Breach: Perfect Mount reserves the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms.
– Notice: We will provide written notice of termination and any outstanding payments will become immediately due.
9. Governing Law
– Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama/United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alabama.
10. Amendments
– Changes: Perfect Mount may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notification to you.
